You are welcome to book privately at any time. However, if you’d like to claim a Medicare rebate, you’ll need a referral from your GP - either under a Chronic Disease Management Plan or an Eating Disorder Plan.

Appointments can be booked directly via the website. Just click the ‘Book Online’ button and choose a time that suits you.
You can also phone us directly on 0403 828 394 if you have any questions to ask before booking.
If you’re an NDIS participant, please fill out the booking form and I’ll be in touch to discuss your plan and service needs and make your appointment.

You don’t really need to bring anything with you but it’s a good idea to consider the following to get the most out of your appointment time:
An idea of what you want to achieve from your sessions. We will discuss your nutrition goals at your first appointment.
Any recent blood test results if you have them
A list of current medications and/or nutritional supplements that you take - including the dose and frequency that you take them.
Some people like to bring a notepad to jot down any information that resonates with them.
-
Initial appointments are 50 minutes.
Follow-up sessions are 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your needs.

I kindly ask for at least 2 business days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 2 clear business days may incur a full session fee if that timeslot can’t be filled.
